In this page the management ways of the website www.fasp.it in reference with the personal data of the users surfing it are described. It is information given also according the European Regulation 679/2016 ( GDPR ) – in particular concerning the personal data protection of those who interact with the present services. The information is valid only for the website www.fasp.it and not for other websites possibly consulted by the user through external links. The information is given according to article 14 of the European Regulation; the ways, time and the nature of the information which the data controller has to supply to the users when the latter connect to web pages, independently to the aims of such connection. 

DATA CONTROLLER

Following the surfing of this website, data concerning identified or identifiable people can be processed. The “data controller” of such processing is Mr. Alex De Giacomi, general manager and owner of Fasp Automotive Seats S.r.l via Conicchio, 30 – 25036 Brescia (BS) Italy. The data controller avails herself of the collaboration of the Internal System Administrator and of external consultancy for the maintenance of the technological part of the website. The whole staff involved in the website management has been duly informed about the compulsory procedures in the compliance with the legality of processing. 

DATA PROCESSING LOCATION

The processing related to the web services of this website are accessible only for the website administrator. Data are archived in the hosting server, which is located within the EU, they are stored in storage media of the administrator and they are accessible only through password known by authorized staff.

The IT systems and the software procedures used for the functioning of this website acquire, in the course of their normal use, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such data are anonymized before being used just for detecting statistical information about the website use and for ascertaining responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes against the website on the part of the body in charge for the judicial control and investigation: apart from this case, the data of the web contacts do not remain for more than seven days.

Neither cookies for the transmission of personal information are used, nor so-called persistent cookies of any type are used, that is systems for user tracking. The use of so-called session cookies (that are not stored persistently on the user PC and disappear with the browser closure) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (composed by random numbers generated from the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the website. According to the same article, you have the right to request the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of data processed in breach of law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
